Full Job Description

  • Coordinate a wide range of internal and external learning events: scheduling, publicise them, manage enrolments, liaise with facilitators, etc.

  • Consult with and provide advice to colleagues across the organisation, guiding employees and their line managers to the right learning solution for them.

  • Analyse, design, develop and evaluate learning programmes: work with stakeholders to assess needs, design and develop impactful learning programmes drawing from a wide range of learning modalities, and then evaluate and report on impact.

  • Support in the development of learning strategy: work with the Senior L&D Manager to analyse organisational priorities and develop a learning strategy that addresses them

  • Maintain and administer our learning management system.

    A clear passion for learning as a field and proven experience in an L&D role.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail; able to be flexible as priorities and needs change, and work well under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships across an organisation at all levels; able to manage the expectations of others and work well as part of a team.

  • Ability to work well independently; a motivated self-starter, with good initiative and problem-solving skills.

  • Some experience in designing, developing and evaluating learning programmes.

  • Experience of working with a learning management system.
