Full Job Description

Are you an Administrator with an interest in Learning & Development?

We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to join our People Services team in Stockton On Tees!

You will work closely with customers across the business to support with L&D requirements, this will involve working on our Learning Management System (LMS) to build, test and assign training to employees and support the business with sourcing and booking external training courses.

You will be a part of a close-knit team, and there will be plenty of opportunity to develop your knowledge within L&D and get involved with some exciting projects!

This role will be hybrid with 4 days per week from the Stockton On Tees office and 1 day per week from home. The first 6 months will be fully office based during the training period.

What you will be doing:

  • L&D Case Management

  • Build, test and assign mandatory training to employees

  • Build and create reports

  • Processing Apprentices - registrations etc.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience


  • What you'll bring:
  • Administration experience

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Customer Service experience

  • Able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks


  • It would be great if you had:
  • L&D Administration experience
