Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant (Summer temporary role)

Private Estate in Coleshill, Nr Amersham, Bucks are seeking an experienced, reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly household team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, washing dishes, and ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment. Assisting the Chef with setting tables for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, serving food and pouring drinks.

• Previous relevant catering experience will be required: eg: Hotel, Private Estate, Corporate Events (Ascot, Wimbledon, Henley Royal Regatta)


• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation


• Strong organisational skills


• Excellent spoken English


• Friendly, confident


• Can-do attitude


• Team player


• Good communications skills


• Smart and tidy appearance


• Must live locally and have own transport


• Excellent references will be required
  
  £25 an hour - Temporary contract, Required dates 28th June - 15th August (Days off withing this period)


• 9am - 5pm (with flexibility)


• £ 25.00 per hour
