• A broad based engineering background, a degree level qualification in a numerate / technical subject would be beneficial, with knowledge and experience of Weapon Systems support models

Hybrid working pattern: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working; typically 2 to 3 days per week on site.

An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Support & Services organisation for a strong competent leader to deliver a key weapon capability to the Royal Navy.

The successful candidate will take the lead in ensuring all product support activities are planned, managed and delivered in a manner which satisfies not only our contractual obligations but at all times maintains MBDA reputation throughout the product In-Service Lifecycle., This increases to 26 days after 10 years of service and 27 days after 30 years. Dynamic Working
