Full Job Description
- An ingrained passion for IT and systems
- An enjoyment of problem solving with an ability to apply a logical approach to troubleshooting
- An instinctive attention to detail
- The capacity to communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- A natural time management discipline, especially on scheduling and prioritising tasks
- A passion for continual development and self-improvement
- At least 5 GCSEs, preferably with good grades in English and Mathematics
- A full clean driving license would be advantageous, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

- Providing support for predominantly Windows-based desktop PCs and laptops, along with peripherals such as tablets, smartphones, and printers.
- Oversees the proactive management and monitoring of client devices, networks and infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, corporate Wi-Fi solutions and cabling.
- Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do, and the successful candidate will be working as part of a team to continue delivering exceptional service experiences that exceed expectations and foster long-term relationships with our valued clients
- £15,000 per annum
- Monday to Thursday 9am - 17:30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm
- 20 days plus bank holidays, £15,000.00
