In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide and log details of technical support throughout the business 1 st line IT Support Troubleshooting and rectifying

customer issues Use of tools for hosting Providing outstanding customer service Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
