It's an exciting time here at AXA Health where we've an opportunity for an Intelligent Automation Product Owner to join our growing team. Reporting into the Optimisation and Improvement Practice Lead, you'll be responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of intelligent automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other emerging automation solutions. You'll define the strategic direction, roadmap and priorities for intelligent automation initiatives within AXA Health maintaining alignment to AXA's overall automation intelligence strategy. You'll focus on delivering tangible business value and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive intelligent automation strategy aligned with the AXA Health's goals and objectives

  • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and automation excellence within the organization, fostering a collaborative and results driven work environment

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for automation, ensuring measurable benefits and return on investment

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of intelligent automation solutions including RPA, ensuring high quality and robustness

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation capabilities, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices

    Proven experience in product ownership, project management or related roles with a focus on intelligent automation, robotic process automation, machine learning or artificial intelligence

  • Strong understanding of intelligent automation technologies, tools and methodologies including robotic process automation platforms e.g. UI path, power automate, cognitive automation, process mining

  • Proficient in leading and coaching high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions

  • Prior experience developing roadmaps and strategies for products

  • Relevant certifications such as certified scrum product owner, project management and/or six sigma/lean are highly desirable

  • Passion for contributing to the creation of sustainable and impactful business solutions including experience in change management, organizational transformation or process optimization initiatives is beneficial
