Full Job Description

Due to recent growth in our operations, supplying workforce management software predominantly to industries such as security, cleaning, construction and health care, we are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and driven Project Management Assistant to join our team based in the centre of Bristol.

Ideal candidates should have a background in a projects or integrations team or a strong background gained in a similar fast-moving, service-driven tech environment.

Our projects are typically short (6-8 weeks) and the successful candidate will be assisting the Integration Manager in managing multiple projects concurrently.

The Assistant Project Manager collaborates closely with the Integration Manager to plan, execute, and oversee projects related to workforce management software integration. They play a vital role in ensuring successful project delivery by coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Assisting with the management of new clients through a free trial and integration period of the product.

· Assisting with requirements gathering and configuration of the software product based on the customer needs.

· Act as a point of contact for our clients to assist with solving any process and technology-related problems during the rollout process.

· Update our CRM system with the status of all projects and communicate any issues with implementation to the Integrations Manager and key stakeholders.

· Update the project plan and timelines of the project, reporting status and identifying risks to Integrations Manager

· Co-ordination and booking of training courses for our clients.

· Assist with the management of customer and internal resources to ensure project milestones are met.

· Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met.

· Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical/technical users, alike.

· Ability to co-ordinate multiple customer engagements in parallel.

· Develop a broad knowledge of the product, services and industry to enable you to understand the customer requirements and provide creative solutions.

· Participating in establishing and improving best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the capabilities of the organisation.

· Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout the integration process.

· Critical Thinking Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to understand client needs, address objections, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

· Project Management: Effective project management skills to coordinate resources, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, service desk and product development, to achieve integration teams objectives and support broader company goals.

· Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving customer needs and product updates.

· Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to interpret customer app usage data and identify trends to inform decision-making and optimise sales strategies.

· Results Orientation: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving integration targets and driving revenue growth, while maintaining a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

· Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative to drive product integration forward.

· Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles with resilience and persistence, maintaining a positive attitude and focus on achieving goals.

Experience Required:

· At least 1 years in project management role or project lifecycle experience

· Previous experience implementing a SaSS product desirable

· Worked within a customer-facing role.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

· Experience utilising CRM system.

As an Assistant Integration Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by fostering client relationships during the customers trial period and product integration.

    You will be required to work 40 hours per week, however there can be a high degree of flexibility where agreed. Internal training provided for all successful candidates, with additional training on various skills which will result in pay progression.
