Oxfam GB is looking for an Infrastructure Manager to be responsible for the core infrastructure that underpins Oxfam GB's Global Service Delivery. You will work closely with the Head of Service to develop and deliver an infrastructure strategy that meets both IT and Business needs and lead a diverse values-led team to deliver core operational support and change initiatives., We believe flexible working is key to building the Oxfam of the future, so we're open to talking through the type of flexible arrangements which might work for you. The post holder will undertake the appropriate level of training and is responsible for ensuring that they understand and work within the safeguarding policies of the organisation.

Do you have experience managing and working effectively in a changing IT service environment?

Do you have knowledge of technical infrastructure and their interdependencies?

An ideal candidate for the role will have:

Experience managing a complex Infrastructure estate.

Experience delivering change in an IT service environment.

Experience managing and developing staff in a diverse organisation.
