Full Job Description

Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting 1.0 WTE Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Team Leader to manage the IPS team in Sandwell co-located within Secondary Care Mental Health Services. The successful candidate will support the team to increase access to quality IPS interventions and support service users to achieve and sustain employment., Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting 1.0 WTE Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Team Leader to be based in our Sandwell team. The team is currently compromised of 6 Vocational Specialists who provide employment information, advice & guidance to a range of our community secondary care mental health service users across the Black Country.

This role will support the team to maintain focus on employment as a key part of individuals' recovery and care plans; providing supervision, advice and mentoring in order to achieve core employment and delivery quality outcomes. The successful candidates will support the NHSE KPI submission with clear and accurate data collation, ensure that the quality of service delivery remains in line with Fidelity audit requirements and that co-production is embedded in our ethos.
