Full Job Description
ALD Support are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR Manager to join our team. As a HR Manager you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment process by posting job adverts, reviewing CV's, and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining interview schedules
- Assisting with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions
- Managing employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Completing HR staff compliance in line with CQC regulations
- Assisting with HR projects such as performance management and training programs
- Carry out staff file and training audits
- Carrying out investigations and disciplinaries / grievances etc...
- Providing administrative support, preparing documents, and maintaining HR databases on our Atlas system
Experience working in a HR role (preferred) - Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
