Full Job Description

We're seeking a HR Administrator to join our People Services (HR Shared Service) team, to help with administrative tasks throughout the Employee Lifecycle, such as right to work checks, pre-employment screening, purchase orders, invoicing, security checks, and other administrative projects supporting Reward, HR business partners and Recruitment.

This is an excellent permanent opportunity for someone wanting to gain further experience in a busy HR department, working as part of a supportive and friendly team., You're an experienced administrator, used to working in a high-volume environment with a detailed approach, providing excellent customer service - if this has been within a HR shared service environment, with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, this would be very highly regarded (though not essential). Experience, education and/or a keen interest in Human Resources would be a strong advantage. You're a team player, who understands confidentiality and data privacy, a natural problem solver, with tenacity and reliability. You're competent with the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Teams and Powerpoint.

  • Salary circa £25,000 (dependant on experience)
