Housekeeper / Receptionist

To carry out a broad range of general housekeeping/reception duties associated with the functions of the Pathology Department ensuring that a high-quality service is maintained.,

• Keep all laboratory communal areas clean and tidy.


• Cover for the Pathology Receptionist during lunch breaks, holidays and sickness absence. (Duties include: greeting visitors to Pathology, taking calls, dealing with incoming/outgoing post, allocation of staff lockers, maintaining a car registration database, booking of meeting rooms).
  
  Based in the North East of England we provide a range of hospital and community health services from our leading facilities, including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Blaydon urgent care centre and Bensham Hospital, all within Gateshead.
