Care Matters (Homecare) Limited are a domiciliary care company providing support to vulnerable adults in their own homes. An excellent opportunity has arisen for care assistants to join our home care services in Eaglescliffe. Experience isn't necessary, as we will support you with all the training and development you need to grow as a home care assistant., The Role: To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks which will provide good quality of health, welfare and well-being. We are looking for individuals who thrive on supporting others whilst always maintaining health and client safety.

Assisting individuals with personal care including washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation

Assisting individuals with domestic care including shopping, laundry and financial management., Commit yourself to developing skills and knowledge as identified by you, your line manager and the people you support.

A QCF/NVQ qualification in Health & Social care or a willingness to complete a qualification in Health & Social care.

Ability to work on own initiative

Honest and reliable, You'll need to have empathy, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills to join us as a home care assistant.
