NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care gained in a Health & Social Care Setting or experience for 6 months, We are a friendly team and welcome applications from Health Care Support Worker's who possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and who are committed to providing high standards of care for patients, their families and carers within a hospital setting. Ideally the candidate will have excellent computer skills and be enthusiastic about change management and supportive towards their colleagues.
