What does the role entail
As a Health Care Assistant, your responsibility will be to perform high-quality support for people in need of care. The job involves helping with their immediate needs and assisting them with their daily tasks.,
- Note: All applicants are required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check unless already registered with the DBS Update Service.
Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills. - Be able to incorporate varied working hours into their lifestyle., Commitment to providing high quality care.
- Be able to produce two professional references (verified with the organisation).
- Be able to plan and manage assignments.
- You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships., Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
