Additional flexibility is necessary for open days (Saturdays) and coordinating with the team outside of regular hours.What you'll do:Ensure a seamless operation across the accommodation portfolio in and out of term timeExtensive collaborative working with other senior managersPursue operational activities to obtain contract and personal tangible resultsRobustly manage all sub contractors and suppliers under your remit to ensure seamless performanceEnsure value for money across all areas of the operationDrive commercial acumen and value add
across all areas of the contractManaging all changes to the contract specification 'output' as directed by the Contract ManagerConstant site monitoring, ensuring the service is running efficiently, on budget and as per contract.For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job description What you bring:Experience of working in the student accommodation sector or similar hospitality settingPro-active attitude and can be flexible in relation to duties and working hoursStrong organisational and planning skills and have the ability to priorities and manage their time effectivelyThe candidate must be able to work effectively without supervision.The ability to communicate clearlyExperience of designing and delivering to targets to achieve quality standards, customer satisfaction and profit marginsExperience of delivering financial targetsExperience of customer service and in particular customer relationship managementIT & systems literate, use of IT systems
