Full Job Description

Location: London / Hybrid - Approx 1-2 days office days a week as required (Occasional travel to Cardiff office required)

About the role

As Which? moves into creating solutions for customers through connecting them to "good" businesses, the role of Head of B2B - Business will own the relationships that we strive to build to help achieve this outcome. This will use the successful growth in our Endorsement business to leverage relationships to help grow other revenue streams.

Taking accountability for strategic leadership and delivery of the Endorsement scheme, establishing new initiatives and driving change to result in continued revenue growth. It will be a role that requires strong relationships building with internal stakeholders and teams to optimise the level of conversion from opportunities, unearth new opportunities and drive change where necessary.

The externally facing voice of Which? to engage with businesses to extract as much value as possible from them. Creating partnerships that enable the creation of a portfolio of products and offerings that support revenue growth through the B2B revenue stream and also through the Consumer P/L. This will include facilitating membership growth through 3rd party relationships and will have to work closely alongside the Head of Member Acquisition.

A strong leader who can motivate a high performing team, improving results and experiences for businesses that partner with Which?. This role has the potential to contribute to an exciting journey in expanding the solutions offered to consumers through the B2B relationships, whilst also helping promote the purpose and changing the UK consumer market for the better.

Key responsibilities include:

Owner of the Endorsement Strategy and key contributor to the wider Business Proposition - co-creating this through understanding and influencing of business/market needs to deliver on both an "acquisition" and engagement perspective.

Owner of the partnerships and collaborations with businesses - creating awareness throughout Which? about the needs and wants of the businesses. This awareness will influence the actions of teams across Which? and feeding into the Business Proposition offered and marketed. By building this network and by identifying commercial opportunities it will result in increasing conversion and revenue.

A leader who motivates a high performing team, role modelling behaviours that empower the team to take on more accountability for themselves and enables the individuals to learn and grow in their roles.

As a key part of the Commercial Leadership team, the role will not just influence the specific endorsement strategy, but also help drive the whole commercial strategy, supporting and learning together to drive membership and revenue growth.

  • The interview process for this role involves:-
  • 1st Stage - Competency based interview - 45 minutes

  • 2nd Stage - Task based interview - 45 minutes
