Full Job Description
- Be an experience head chef with a background in hotels and large events
- Manage and organise the kitchens
- Bring flair and creativeness in the kitchen
- Plan and organise menus to the highest standards
- Manage, train and develop the team
- Ensure the kitchen is run adhering to all health and hygiene standards
- Oversee and develop stock delivery and control procedures
