We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities and equipment. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a dynamic work environment., Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and address them promptly
- Repair or replace broken equipment, appliances, or fixtures
- Install fixtures such as shelves, blinds, or curtain rods
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or residents in a timely manner

Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
