Guest Relations Assistant

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Work closely with the housekeeping team and local trades ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with reservations, including booking and modifying reservations
- Manage the stocks and supplies for the properties including ordering stock
- Logging monthly meter readings for each property
- Out of hours emergency phone cover (on a rota basis and shared between a team of 3)
- Collaborate Head Office to ensure smooth operations

We are seeking a friendly, positive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Assistant. As a Guest Relations Assistant, you will meet our guests on arrival and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction., Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Hold a current UK driving licence. This role will require you to have access to your own car.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferable
- GCSE level English literature and language

-Basic computer skills, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
