Full Job Description

This exciting opportunity, reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, leads in the design, development and delivery of the Group Brand and Digital strategy, and performance aligned to business objectives for growth.,

  • Develops the digital strategy and delivers attributable acquisition across the Group product range

  • Develops the national brand strategy and playbook, integrating with the local community brand strategy

  • Responsible for building national brand equity and performance through earnt and paid media channels, including Above-The-Line

  • Develops and optimises the organic and paid channel plan for growth including performance marketing

  • Develops and optimises Group social channel strategy including content generation

  • Creates consumer Go-To-Market campaigns to generate interest, engagement, and conversion, leveraging product and pricing promotions as appropriate

  • Develops integrated growth plans with Telesales

  • Develops and optimises onsite UX / Conversion Rate Optimisation outcomes

  • Ensures digital analytics and reporting are accurate and leveraged to drive improvement

  • Anticipates performance trends and develops agile responses

  • Measures and analyses data from campaigns to assess successes, return on investment and identify areas for innovation and improvement

  • Coaches and mentors team members including dev squads, agencies and building in-house delivery capability as required

  • Works with broader marketing team to ensure consistency and economy of scale, Please note that this role is subject to meeting regulatory requirements.   • National brand and digital performance marketing experience.

  • Working in large B2C environments.

  • Has undertaken previous large-scale change and growth activity.

  • Has excellent partner management skills with direct exposure to senior leadership teams.

  • Has experience successfully building, implementing, and improving brand change programmes.

  • Exhibits structured critical thinking, making data-backed decisions when faced with tough difficult trade offs or uncertainty.

  • Is collaborative and able to tailor communication style to different stakeholders
