Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Looking for a competent, enthusiastic and reliable person who enjoys working outdoors, must have previous experience as a groundsman or skilled in hands on work. With an eye for detail to deliver work to the highest standard.

You will work manage and work as part of a team, carrying out grounds maintenance across schools and businesses - this will include, but not be limited to, grass cutting (hand mowers/ride ons), strimming, hedge cutting as well as winter maintenance (gritting, snow clearing). You will be responsible for your team and report directly into the directors of the business.

You must be able to work within a team and as an individual.

IMPORTANT: Must have full driving license and previous grounds maintenance experience.,

• On-site parking


• Winter hours between 17-24 hours yet paid the same all year round


Schedule:

• Average working week - 36.5 hours on average - 45 hours in the summer season, 20 hours in the winter season. Paid the same wage throughout.
