(Term time only, full-time, 1-year contract)

King Alfred School (KAS) is a progressive independent school in idyllic grounds in North London. Our independence means that we can be take a holistic approach to education, value the progress young people make in every area and experiment with innovative ideas.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sports Graduate Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sports department, including administrative tasks, organising inter-school events and fixtures, running extracurricular clubs, and maintaining equipment and facilities.

The post-holder should:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education or related field

  • Have experience of working with children across 4-18 age range

  • A full DB1 driving licence (minibus) and First Aid certification would be desirable

  • Experience of umpiring/refereeing and running residential trips would be desirable
