Goods In Operative

Reporting to the Goods in Supervisor, you will be responsible for a wide variety of products and goods, often being the first point of contact for couriers and transport teams to the site. An essential requirement to be considered for the role is Valid Forklift Licenses on both Reach and Counterbalance trucks., · Liaising with suppliers on goods coming into the business

· Operating Reach and Counterbalance FLT

· Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

· Stock control & Stock checks

· Handling goods coming in

· Supporting the site to provide any products required

· Putting away stock in correct locations

Country Style Foods, Newcastle are now looking for a Goods In / Stores Operative at our site on Benton Lane. The overall purpose of this role is to support a busy Goods in department on a large manufacturing site, ensuring goods coming in are checked, weighed, and stored away correctly.
