Conduct robust Organisational Needs Assessments.
Identify support needs (including financial wellbeing)/risk assessment outcomes/support in place.
Create tailored Action Plans.
Introduce the employer to the Resource Hub and/or support them to find and use relevant information, tools, support.
Signpost them to the Ambassador Network for peer support and let them know about upcoming events.
Identify any service gaps and develop solutions.
Create regular "touchpoints" in the Action Plan to measure progress.
Capture good practice.
Gather feedback to evolve the service.

Well-developed written and verbal communication, able to clearly articulate and summarise a range of information.
Experienced in problem solving.
Experienced in action planning.
Strong understanding of good workplace health principles and practices, especially relating to disabled and neurodiverse individuals.
Good networking and partnership building experience.
Knowledge of the Suffolk labour market.
