General Assistant

We are seeking a General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within the kitchen and restaurant environment, supporting the culinary team and ensuring smooth operations., Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Support restaurant staff during busy periods
- Help with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service, including upselling when appropriate

Prior experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and portioning
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
