Full Job Description
- Distribute donation boxes to prospective donors (businesses, shops, homes etc.)
- Collect donation boxes from designated areas
- Keep record of all donation boxes distributed and collected and produce daily work sheets
- Producing routes for fundraisers (from the donor data) using the template provided
- Produce weekly and monthly reports for donation boxes (picked/distributed)
- Manage stock of donation boxes
- Producing reports of any damaged or stolen donation boxes
- Submission of Time sheets for the team members
- Updating of donor data base
- Sorting of cash and producing bank deposit slips
- Depositing the donations in the bank
Full UK driving license and access to personal car - Implementation of Data Protection rules (training will be given) to maintain confidentiality
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office suite and operation of Windows based systems
- Passionate about raising achievement and providing the best possible service
- Ability to work on own initiative and identify new opportunities
- Ability to relate well to young people and adults
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Participate in ongoing training for continued professional development (organisational & professional)
- Self-motivated, organised and professional
