Front of House Staff

We are a busy pub/restaurant looking for an experienced front of house team member to join our team. This will be a multifaceted role that requires you to have a strong understanding of customer service, as well as organizational and administrative skills.

As our front of house team member, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting customers

- Taking food and drinks orders

- Ensuring customers are happy with their dining experience

- Checking and rotating stock

- Ensuring hygiene standards are met and maintained

- Handling payments

- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, providing excellent customer service while also possessing a keen eye for detail. Flexible working hours a must as this role involves working evenings weekends and bank holidays.,
