Full Job Description

This is a part-time office-based role. Your working hours will be 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday.
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Front of House to be the face of our company and provide exceptional customer service to our clients, visitors, and employees creating a welcoming and engaging environment for everyone who walks through our doors. In addition to managing administrative tasks at the front desk, you will play a key role in promoting our company culture by helping organising events, initiatives, and activities that promote collaboration, creativity, and well-being among our staff.
Front of House Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.

  • Manage the reception area and ensure it reflects our company values and culture.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including sorting mail and deliveries.

  • Build a rapport with employees and clients.

  • Liaising with the Bistro on hospitality orders and daily menu

  • Manage the booking system for meeting rooms and negotiating changes as required.

  • Updating the welcome screen when required for visitors.

  • Working with facilities on any health and safety concerns


  • Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, including team-building activities, seasonal parties, and social gatherings.

  • Create and take ownership of new starter packs.

  • Coordinate recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements, birthdays, and milestones.

  • Manage the office space to ensure it reflects our company values and promotes productivity and creativity.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding culture-related inquiries and suggestions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment. Flagging any issues to the relevant person

  • Raising house PO's and setting up vendors

  • Issuing agency communication emails and teams channel announcements. Including creating the content using Canva.

    Professional, articulate and works well under pressure in an environment with competing demands.

  • Previous experience in an office environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and executing events and initiatives.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the company culture. Ability to act with tact and diplomacy when necessary.

  • Confident using Microsoft outlook and office suite.
