Full Job Description

You will be responsible for effective recruitment, training, and leadership of the team. Working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team, you will ensure that a fantastic food offering is delivered. You will also work closely with the Head Grower and kitchen garden team to ensure products are utilized from our wonderful kitchen garden. You will be responsible for ensuring your team delivers the ultimate guest experience and sets the highest standards for services such as breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and everything in between. You will be responsible for all business controls, including stock, labour, and general expenditure, working to budgets and sales forecasts. Additionally, you will promote a strong communication between departments and maintain brand standards.

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive Food & Beverage Management experience. You should be a natural leader of people, with the ability to inspire, motivate and train a team. You should have an analytical mind for effective reporting and business planning. You should have demonstratable experience of financial accountability within your department, managing rotas, labour costs, stock control, and expenditure.
