Fire & Health and Safety Risk Assessor position at Trinity Estates, The role of Fire & Health and Safety Risk Assessor is responsible for conducting site-based risk assessments on our clients' portfolios covering the internal and external common parts.,

  • Undertaking Fire and General H&S Risk Assessments in accordance with best industry practice and in line with company requirements.

  • Producing accurate, timely risk assessments for clients with clear instruction of works required.

  • Liaising with the client to ensure understanding, compliance, and proactive resolution of fire related issues in a timely manner.

  • Work with clients to create remedial work schedules if required.

  • Attending client meetings when necessary.

  • Provide technical advice to clients.

We are looking for a Fire & Health and Safety Risk Assessor to join our ever-expanding team!, A full clean driving license and be willing to travel as part of day to day working activity. There may be occasions when an overnight stay is necessary.

  • Awareness of fire safety and H&S legislation and technical standards.

  • Proven and previous experience in the completion of Fire and/or H&S Risk Assessments.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively organise own workload.

  • High levels of literacy and written communication skills as well as excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Able to build and maintain long-term professional relationships both internally and externally.

  • Good knowledge of building regulations., All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK, without restrictions. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates.

    Working Hours - 09:00 - 17:15 Monday - Friday


  • Salary - £38000 - £39900
