Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team on a maternity cover basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and support to various departments within the organisation, aiding in decision-making and driving business performance., + Responsible for supporting the FP&A Director/Manager in the commercial production, review and communication of monthly management accounts for Dental Services
+ Ensure that all variances Revenue and Gross profit to Overheads, for their responsible area are fully understood
+ Responsible for maintaining and updating a number of key reporting tools used within the business. This includes but is not limited to sales pipelines and risks and opportunities.
+ Responsible for producing and distributing incentive tracking reports for Engineers and Trainers.
+ Responsible for developing and producing monthly reporting for budget holders to enable increased visibility of revenue, margin performance and costs, and subsequent management.
+ Develop and produce monthly variance analysis, combining Financials and KPIS to deliver greater Commercial insight.
+ Aid in the development of key performance indicators, balanced scorecards and any other information deemed to be essential in assisting business performance.
+ Assisting with Business cases for investments including ROI calculations.
+ Develop budget and forecast models, reducing duplication of effort whilst ensuring outputs are accurate, meaningful and timely.
+ Undertake any ad-hoc analysis as and when required.

+ Able to influence and work effectively with non-financial managers.
+ Confidence to work with senior management and Exec level partners.
+ Works in a structured methodical manner and deadline oriented and accountable for own area of responsibility.
+ Flexible outlook and ability to cope with significant change and works well in a pressured and dynamic environment.
+ Excellent excel skills to be able to work with large complex data sets to analyse and summarise.
+ Strong analytical skills, with an analytical mindset with the ability to think commercially and see the bigger picture.
