Finance Assistant + Study Support

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Finance Team with various tasks covering purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control & more. This position would suit someone who has started their AAT journey and looking for a position within a Finance Team.

Essential Duties:

• Posting all bank accounts into NetSuite to ensure they reconcile to the statements.


• Raising sales invoices.


• Processing purchase invoices, working with the business to ensure PO's match the invoice exactly and goods are receipted in a timely fashion.


• Review the finance mailbox and respond to any queries.


• Customer payments administration.


• Assisting with Credit Control.


• Monthly supplier statement reconciliations.


• Work with the Finance team to ensure all transactions are completed so the month is closed in line with the business expectations.
  
  Ideally working towards AAT qualification - Study Support provided


• QBE also considered.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Proficient in NetSuite is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
