Full Job Description

In this role, you will be working alongside a team to ensure each site is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Duties will include:

  • Servicing, recommending changes, reporting and communicating treatment performance in line with the customer's needs and policies.

  • Complete Legionella sampling

  • Identifying opportunities for upgrades - whether this is chemical dosing equipment (Chemfeed), training, analytical services or increased scope of supply.

  • Ensuring the service plan is defined and delivered

  • Finding, fixing or seeking solutions for any problems encountered.

  • Assisting with projects, from surveying to completion.

  • Engaging with safe chemical delivery & storage procedures.

  • Calibrating personal & onsite equipment and generating certificates.

  • Conducting routine maintenance of technology & equipment.

  • Operating dosing pumps and changing dosing rates based on test results

  • Independently diagnosing issues found onsite and escalating or rectifying as required.

    Are you a great team player with strong analysis skills?, Our ideal candidate will:


  • Come from either a chemical analysis or service engineer background

    Have a Chemistry/Chemical Engineering background or equivalent scientific qualification.

    Hold a valid UK driving licence

    Be organised and have great communication & interpersonal skills
