What you'll do:

To act as a Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE)within EMEA, mainly working on EPMS/DCIM/SCADA projects in a field. To provide a first-class on-site service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsible for providing field service for customers in the areas of hardware/software installation, startup, maintenance, de-bug and training of EPMS, DCIM and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site hardware/software installation and software pre-configuration of Power Management and control systems and next-generation Power Monitoring platforms.

  • Work with software configuration engineer on site to implement system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, de-bugging, pre-configuration, pre-commissioning, FAT. SAT and training.

  • Works with and provides troubleshooting and technical support for junior Field Service Representatives as they execute jobs in the field.

  • Technical support to other junior engineers. problem-solving the technical issues on site. Support lead engineer with a practical solution and execution plan on site.

  • Demonstrate safety consciousness in equipment handling, electrical and electronic procedures, and the unique situations encountered at diverse work sites. Assist with procurement and maintenance of PPE for field resources.

  • Provide timely, detailed and accurate site reports on service work performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities to company expense and time allocation.

  • Work with the lead engineer for training, coaching and team building.

  • Provide customers with basic technical support and on-site information via phone or on-site consultation

    Computer science, electrical engineering background, suitable education/qualifications

  • 3-5 years of service experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, providing field service for engineering projects of complex working scope

    Skills:

    Familiarity with EPMS/DCIM/ BMS software offerings as well as associated products such as SQL and MS/Linux OS; Networking knowledge and certifications; Virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V)
    Team work/Communication skills / Customer Focus / Flexibility / Be able to work together with different cultures/ Able to follow instructions
