Field Service Engineer

We seek someone who is curious, inquisitive and has some experience with mechanical and electrical equipment. A person who could add new skills to the business.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and most servicing is done on-site, therefore you must be presentable and have good communication skills/etiquette that will build and develop a positive relationship with our customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Visiting customer sites to undertake installation, service, maintenance and repairs



• Working with commercial coffee machines



• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork



• Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times



• Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft systems



• A full UK License is a must
