Fibre Installation Engineer

Install, configure, and maintain broadband fiber installations at customer premises. Ensure all installations meet our quality and technical standards. Utilise technical tools and software to track installation details and report progress. Directly interact with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure satisfaction with installation services.

Experience in FTTP network and prior experience is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.

Valid driving licence.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.,

• Fibre Engineer: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• OH/UG accreditation (preferred)
  
  £28,000 - £32,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Competitive salary based on experience.

Work Location: This position is based in the Bath area, with the potential for occasional travel to other sites around South West.
