Estimator Apprentice NUSTEEL STRUCTURES LTD PAYROLL DEPARTMENT

Working closely with the Estimating Director at the busy office in Lympne, nr Ashford, your duties will include:

• Processing all incoming Purchase orders in line with company processes


• Responsible for the upkeep of the databases and systems


• Sending out all quotes in line with company service level agreements and processes.


• Sending out all completed and signed off engineers reports & completion documents


• Answering phone and email enquiries


• Assisting with booking in projects managing diaries


• Processing engineers reports/ completion documents


• Managing all works awaiting confirmation for attendance


• Chasing any outstanding documents


• Assisting with any other tasks requested
