Estates Team Leader - Community

In this role, you will monitor and manage the Estates Operational and Maintenance function (including PFI and SLA agreements) for the Trust community estate.

Ensuring that the buildings, and building engineering systems are safe, well maintained, fit for purpose, available for their intended use within budget and improves the patient's experience.

To ensure that the Trusts community estate complies with Statutory Legislation, Health Technical Memorandum's (H.T. M's), Health Building Note's (HBN's), Industry Codes of Practice, The Health Act, Standards for Better Health and meets patient and service needs

Act as a single point of contact for your allocated buildings, managing relationships with customers, suppliers and your team to deliver the target working environment

Oversee compliance and performance of contracted services, Public Finance Initiatives (PFI's) and agreements for areas not directly serviced by Trust employees.

Ensuring planned and reactive services are carried out in a timely manner and that records accurately reflect activity and supports maintenance and backlog maintenance planning

Supporting and training team members and contractors to ensure compliance with statute and best practice.
