Full Job Description

+ Supporting the day-to-day operations of closed landfills within your regional landfill energy cluster, spanning a medium-sized geographical area.
+ Supervising landfill energy operations, restoration projects, gas management and generation, as well as leachate treatment plants (LTP's).
+ Oversee aftercare activities, ensuring long-term land health and biodiversity net gain.
+ Manage contractors involved in habitat restoration projects, ensuring quality and adherence to plans. (Independently handle tasks like tree maintenance, grass maintenance, and more.)
+ Collect and analyse environmental data using specialized equipment (training provided).

If so, we're looking for you to join our team as an Environmental Technician!, + Thrives in a hands-on environment and is comfortable working independently.
+ Possesses a strong interest in biodiversity and habitat creation.
+ Has experience in aftercare land management or a related field.
+ Is physically fit and enjoys spending time outdoors, with some travel required (usually within a 2-hour radius).
+ Demonstrates a commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

In return, we offer a salary of £31,658- £37,136 plus company car, up to 10% Bonus (~ £3,713), Company Pension, and Benefits Catalogue.
