Full Job Description

  • Develop, execute & own annual eCommerce business plans that deliver Carlsberg & customer objectives

  • Deliver on agreed promotional & pricing calendar, driving onsite visibility, volume planning & trade spend

  • Lead activating insights to drive actions that achieve customer & Carlsberg business objectives

  • Enhancing online execution on retailer platforms by leading initiatives that identify & close performance gaps, establishing Carlsberg Marston's as a category-leader

  • In partnership with cross-functional teams, develop category & shopper insights for the beer category, identifying & sharing best practice to unlock new online shoppers & bring to life CMBC brands across online platforms

  • Responsible for eCommerce sales & share reporting & conducting monthly & quarterly business reviews to measure progress against financial targets

  • Drive post-campaign analysis on online activations to evaluate effectiveness & optimise investment

  • Work closely with CMBC account teams to build eCommerce knowledge & ensure business plans align with the overall eCommerce plans

  • Leverage data, insights & new customer capabilities to identify & pursue new revenue & brand growth opportunities

    Previous experience within ecommerce - ideally in B2B Wholesale, Convenience &/ or Quick Commerce

  • Ability to lead the eCommerce agenda and engage others in this, upskilling and onboarding wider teams to think digitally

  • Demonstrate high standards of digital execution and ensure wider teams maintain these standards

  • Performance and results focused - able to deliver against challenging targets and timescales

  • Creative and passionate about optimising the digital shelf

  • High levels of Initiative with a 'can do' attitude

  • Skilled at prioritisation and proactive to develop emerging channels whilst maximising existing account base
