Full Job Description
- Successfully completing Early Years Childcare Qualifications with full support and guidance for Rosedene staff
- Supervising children within the nursery environment, including mealtimes, rest periods and nappy changing/toileting
- Creating fun and engaging activities to suit the needs of the children
- Promote good hygiene practices
- Building solid, caring relationships with parents/carers, families, professionals, and your team
- Keeping accurate records and communicating with parents/carers
- Supporting your team members and being a positive role model, who looks to develop and suggest positive changes
- Attend staff meetings or any training courses that will help enhance your personal and professional development
- Monitor and record all accidents
- Adhering to and implement all nursery procedures and policies
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties
You must want to pursue a career in childcare - Must be a trustworthy, reliable, motivated and committed individual
- Have excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Have a positive attitude with an unwavering commitment to excellence to maintain our high standards
- Be able to work as a team
- Have a professional attitude and manner
- Have good standard of written work is required
