Digital Marketing Assistant / Paid Advertising Account Manager

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic digital marketing assistant, looking to take the next step in their marketing career. An integral part of a very exciting, fun and dedicated team, the Digital Marketing Assistant will support the marketing agency department in delivering digital strategies for an expanding client base (US and EU) and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clients paid ad accounts including Facebook, Instagram and Google ads.,

• Responsible for management of client Facebook/instagram/Google paid ads accounts


• Interacting with our client base in a professional but friendly manner


• Supporting our client base with marketing queries


• Regularly reporting back to the marketing manager


• Running various paid social media campaigns concurrently


• Optimising ongoing campaigns


• Reporting on campaign performance/stats directly to clients


• Client liaison/Strategy planning


• Copywriting on a variety of platforms


• Developing own learning in all areas of digital marketing and keeping on top of industry developments


• Hitting campaign deadlines
  
  Be able to meet the needs of our US clients, working later hours part of the week. (10-6 / 11-7)


• Have paid social media experience


• Be comfortable communicating on a one on one basis to both clients and senior staff members


• Have great interpersonal and customer service skills


• Be a proactive problem solver


• Have Google AdWords experience (preferred, but not essential)


• Have superb copy writing skills


• Have an analytical mindset


• Have a passion for digital marketing at a intrinsic level


• Be a self starter/self motivator


• Be coach-able and willing to learn/listen


• Be trustworthy and reliable


• Have exceptional organisational skills


• Have exceptional attention to detail


• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
