Full Job Description
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive eLearning and digital content
- Use your learning expertise to conduct learning needs assessments and recommend appropriate digital solutions
- Take ownership of digital development projects as assigned
- Explore opportunities to promote digital and blended learning within our business
Experience using digital learning design and development tools including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative suite - Well versed in instructional design and training/learning methodologies
- Creative problem solver with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of LMS platforms
- Experience in a Google environment would be an advantage
