Full Job Description

This role is part of the Marketing & NPD team. The role is responsible for the creation and delivery of the digital & ecommerce strategy and annual plan.

Key Areas of Responsibility

· Develop the digital strategy; clarifying the role digital & ecommerce will play for our brands.

· Develop, communicate, and execute the annual digital plan, across website, paid media, ecrm and social channels.

· Develop and implement the sales strategy for direct to consumer channels, ensuring the sales growth targets are delivered in line with the plan.

· Project manage all digital projects, including, website developments, ecommerce platform builds and social media campaigns.

· Optimise the consumer journey at each touchpoint to leverage brand affinity.

· Monitor and analyse the website and social media performance metrics, to capitalize on opportunities or course correct where needed.

· Manage the digital agency relationship, ensuring they are an extension to the team.

· Management of the digital budget; monitoring and controlling expenditure.

· Be the internal digital expert, championing the key platforms with the main stakeholders.

· Be passionate and determined.

· Have an entrepreneurial can-do attitude.

· Love and champion the consumer!

· Bring experience of successfully developing and delivering digital programs.

· Be able to set and evaluate digital KPIs to aid effective decision making.

· Be able to work with agencies to deliver epic work.

· Have experience of working on ecommerce platforms.
