We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual to join us as a Digital Communications Lead. Working within the Marketing team you will be responsible for leading on all digital communications (Audience selection and approach), specifically Email / SMS / App push for both Automations and Campaigns.

To be successful within this role you will need relevant experience using a CDP / CRM solution combined with impeccable attention to detail. We are looking for someone to bring a mixture of innovation and new ideas to the table alongside a focus on the testing and delivery side.

You will be working with one of the foremost experts in the industry, with over 230 venues covering the AGC (Adult Gaming Centre), Bingo and Casino markets.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Develop and implement lifecycle, CRM, and loyalty strategies to optimise customer value and contactability levels.

  • Create and manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted messaging.

  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.

  • Deliver regular performance reports on communications and CRM initiatives for all key metrics.

  • Work with the team to ensure our 'response management' tools offer prompt and relevant messaging to all customers.

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for the purpose of customer Acquisition / Engagement and Retention

  • Manage the testing process for all communications and CRM initiatives.

  • Working collaboratively to support Ops with proactive and reactive packs - e.g. New openings, relocations, competitor reaction etc.

  • Collaborate proactively to generate innovative ideas and strategies, ensuring our communications remain current and forward-thinking.

  • Cultivate strong relationships at all levels with stakeholders to enhance our collaborative efforts.

  • Utilise advanced data analysis techniques to drive actionable insights from our customer data.

    The ideal candidate will possess a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role.

  • A creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of the relevant UK data privacy laws e.g. GDPR, PECR).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytic tools, algorithms, and best practices.
