Despatch Coordinator

We are looking for a Despatch Coordinator to help plan the delivery of our Christmas Gift stocks into multiple warehouses. This is a Fixed Term role for 6 months to cover our busy period between June and November based at our head office in Nottingham.

This admin role will work within the Supply Chain Gift Team supporting Gift Planners and the Gift Supply Chain Manager. You'll help to coordinate deliveries from our assemblers to our customers' warehouses.

• Work with gift assemblers and warehouses to ensure they deliver finished goods into the warehouse to the timescales required.


• To ensure deliveries are following agreed customer dates.


• Provide regular updates on delivery and booking status of finished gifts.


• Provide support to the Gift Operations Assistants.
  
  Background in warehouse / transport coordination or supply chain planning


• 'Make it happen' approach


• proficient communication skills and ability to build good working relationships with different stakeholders


• proficient in using Excel
