Deputy Director

We have a staff opportunity for people with a deep commitment to helping others. We are a small, dynamic team, awarded Yoga Charity of the Year for our devotion to supporting marginalised people through meditation and yoga. We are expanding our staff team to grow our capacity for service delivery and income growth by recruiting a new Deputy Director.

With a diligent, process-orientated approach in an operations role, you will be responsible for managing and creating systems that facilitate capacity building and income growth. Experience of implementing digital strategies to enhance efficiency and fund raising, whilst enabling the team to work more effectively is a key requirement. With a broader operational role and strong people and office management skills. You will need the level of authority and skills to run an efficient and friendly office and deputise more widely for the Director.

This is a part-time position (3 days a week). Tuesday to Thursday, exclusively in our Oxford-based office. Salary £40,221 to £43,421 FTE depending on experience, pro rata 3 days a week with contributory pension scheme.
