Dental Practice Manager

CQC implementation/delegation.

Team management/training and basic HR (such as appraisals).

Developing practice growth.

An extremely organised approach.

Strong computer skills with Excel / Word.

A great, highly motivated and positive approach.

High standard of written and spoken English.

To be able to face difficult conversations and deal with issues and complaints.

Have a passion for business management including making decisions.

Manage costs and increase revenue.

Preferably GDC registered.

• Must have Dental manager and reception background Experience
